Dunlap Fellowship

Dunlap Postdoctoral Fellowships are awarded to exceptional individuals capable of conducting original research in instrumentation, observation or theoretical areas.

Dunlap Fellows and Dunlap postdoctoral fellows have a unique opportunity given the institute’s vision of being an international centre of excellence; its mandate for the design, development and construction of innovative astronomical instrumentation; as well as its relationship with the Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics and the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics.

Through close interaction with all levels of the research staff, individuals have an opportunity to make a profound impact on the development of astronomy and astrophysics worldwide.

We wish to acknowledge this land on which the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and the Mississaugas of the Credit River.
