We have blocked 10 rooms at this location at a rate of $109/night including breakfast for double or single. You must book by 22 February, 2002.
Comments: We have reserved the rooms for Feb. 22-26, but you can be flexible within these dates and can expand them if room is available. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Alewife stop on the red line, which is only 3 stops to Harvard Square where the wedding is being held. Parking is free at the hotel if you decide to book a car. They also run a shuttle to and from the airport for $10 per person (significantly cheaper than a taxi). To book the special rate, you must give them either Laura Beth or Bryan's last name. They will accept reservations by phone or email; their email address is sales@bwhomesteadinn.com. The hotel is next to a couple of restaurants, a nice grocery store, some shopping, and a movie theater. The hotel's website, which has a map and directions, can be found through the hotel WWW site.
The room rate at this location is $169 for a double with 2 double beds.
Comments: The Harvard Square Hotel is more expensive, but is right in the heart of Harvard Square, and a 5 minute walk to the ceremony location. They won't set aside rooms for us, but will give us a special rate of $169 for rooms which are available. Please mention code BA/Social when booking.
