1. The agreement of one of your professors that he/she will submit a reference letter on your behalf. Tell them their letter should be in the form of a PDF, no larger than 6 MB, using the file-naming protocol “student’s lastname_student’s firstname_Ref.pdf”.
2. Your reference's email address.
3. A PDF (less than 6 MB) of your CV; use the file-naming protocol "lastname_firstname_CV.pdf".
4. A PDF (less than 6 MB) of your academic transcripts; use the file-naming protocol "lastname_firstname_Transcript.pdf".
5. A PDF (less than 6 MB) of a short statement (less than 500 words) explaining why you would like to attend the summer school; use the file-naming protocol "lastname_firstname_Statement.pdf".
6. If you are requesting travel support, you will need to know the cost of travel to Toronto by plane, train or bus; and the cost of transportation from the airport, train- or bus-station to the U of T St. George campus. Please use actual figures in Canadian funds for travel costs and not estimates.
